الأطفال هم أحباب الله حيث أوصانا المولى عز وجل برعايتهم والعناية بهم وضرورة الإنفاق عليهم منذ الصغر حتى الكبر فهم رجال الغد وتقدم أي امة ,فإذا فقد الطفل هذه الرعاية فقد نعيم الإنسانية و ضل الحياة فهو مسئولية الأسرة ومدى ترابطها ومسئولية المجتمع فقد قال علية الصلاة والسلام "كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته فالأب راع و مسئول عن رعيته والأم راعية ومسئولة عن رعيتها والإمام راع ومسئول عن رعيته .."
فالطفل مسئول منا و يحتاج إلى:

· الحب والحنان
· تعليمة
· توفير الملبس والمأكل
· عنصر الترفيهية (ألعاب وتسلية)
· مشاركته في أرائه وميوله
قال المولى عز وجل"وقل رب ارحمهما كما ربياني صغير" فرحمة الله هي الجائزة التي يقدمها الابن الصالح لوالديه و ثمرة الرعاية الصالحة له. فذالك الدعاء البار من الابن البار.
Child envirnoments
There are several envirnoments which have great impact on the child behaviour. A good envirnomet bring up creative children but bad envirnoments create children with sel-disabilities. There is terror of war, terror of struggles, terror of discrimination , terror of terroism and terror of starvation.All these envirnoments affect child development and his bringing up.
*Child Envirnoment:
Environment has great impact on bringing up each child .Kind of environment is different from another , whether it is western, eastern ,modern or primitive one.
Some western environment, especially in the advanced counties as United state of America ,England or Japan, they pay much care in using modern technology in education and bringing up children; but what happen to some of these high learners at the teenager age .Some teenagers are wise and know how to use modern technology effectively and how to be inventors but others decline into crime and bad behaviours in which all western families suffer from and call all the social reformers to find solutions to the teenagers and youths problems. The same thing happen inside modern families who use space station in education and bringing up their children.
What about children in poor countries or developing countries which has much more care for child caring than poor ones. They learn and apply what they have learned in achieving some small projects as crafts and sometimes they suffer from lock of using modern or high technology , although this lock of using modern technology , they use the net to adopt the new theory of invention ,seeking for improving their state.
For the primitive community which live inside poor or developing countries where are far distant in using modern technology. Such countries need much care from the advanced countries as they suffer from poor, starvation, terror of war ,terror of floods, terror of hurricanes and terror of terrorism or terror- stricken. No doubt, all of them call our hands to save them into the safe world ,world of imagination, world of progress, world of invention away from ignorance and illiteracy. We certainly find the thinkers, manufacturers and inventors .
Do the globe mind of humanity and children problems.All heavenly religions call us to care of family and children. What do we say about the following innocence and how we protect them and give them much more care and shelters.

The characteristic of the Arab Family
It is known that Arab family has several aspects . Some of them live in luxrious, others live in poverty and others are moderate layers.some of them are creative, but others are illiterate. So we should care of each family to raise the standard of learning.
The characteristics of the Arab family
Arab family was formed according to the local community which its individuals are influenced by the cultural criteria within their behviours.
So individual is not being individual only within a family as the characteristics of any family is the socialization which we mean customs, values and lasts traditional.
The Arab family is a mirror to the community in which found where its individuals acquire their cultural characteristics and behavioral ways according to their establishment inside society.
The characteristics of developing countries and Arab community are parental community ,where no existence for any individual only inside the family pattern .The characteristic of family is socialization which individual gain the value, traditional lasts customs in community. Religion and culture are the main elements in socialization which developed in the early ages. All the editions and studies interested in family related to its importance inside community; then consider the contemporary attitude which concentrate on a family without any consideration for any social or cultural attitudes.

There are over 500 channels on TV . Some channels contains educational programs, other sports', other News' ,other scientific programs' , and some programs cure the problems inside families through serials or plays .But the most dangerous thing is that these channels transmit the unfamiliar cultures of other countres which lead to bad effects perhaps into criminal situations.

The customs and traditional to some extent have been changed. we no longer see th at women keep all day do all housework , but most of the day she was at work, leaving herchildren in nursery.Perhaps the absence of mothers away of her real job of caring and bringing up her children by herself make childs and teenagers turn into the net and TV, in addation to that , most of sun become impolit towards their parents worse than before. But most of them keep clearly the traditional in their heard,refusing any changes.

Social studies refer to the development of the family role which connected into the development of any community.
The family in the traditional communities as farming and hunting communities live in lasts circumstances which formed within a group of extended families which considered as a relative societies which shared into a united living. These communities distinguished as the following:

Most studies and researches agree that the Arab family has an extend discipline especially ,in the rural areas which have great contact as Tribal system. This considered the structure of the traditional families was adherence.
The development of the social changes reflect the family structure as the families are split into two pattern ; rural and urban community. For the Urban areas have great amount of awareness with prevailing schooling buildings and educational organization which formed nuclear family in which learners are looking for achieving happiness and good settlements for their communities. That is what happened in all the Arab countries.

The attention of Arab experts in the fields of children to some of these programs and movies promoting the behavioral patterns that are inconsistent with the values of Arab society . It is confirmed the seriousness of these programs and movies as an occupier who is a child 's life where spent about 22 thousand hours of his time before TV .When finishing high school have shown that 88 percent of animation compared to 11 thousand hours in the classroom.
The presence of western characters in his life be the example to be taken in the post , which works to impede cognitive development and reduce the natural interaction between the child and the family. In fact, watching TV is more activities that consume time of the child except to sleep . We already know that TV may prevent the exploration, education and interaction with parents and others , which are essential and indispensable for the development of skills needed by our young children to grow intellectually physically and socially. It also affects brain development through abnormal levels of stimulation, putting him to the disruption in its ability to focus , a consistent pattern of disorientation ,hyperactivity and aggressive . TV limited the activity ,sedentary along with the fact that most TV programs were broadcast at the present time is dominated by violence and hostility and child pornography. So, it is the worst example to follow.

The western TV beams transmit some programs which considered so dangers on both children ad youths. They accept the western traditional and values ,forgetting their own, at the absence of their parents all or mid of the day at work , this lead to bad effects. TV shows that the hero of any film is the one who is clever in boxing, killing ,robbing and stealing. Children imitated what they have seen in real life with their friends or parents or brothers .This causes bad effects on the family and society.
